100 years after the Titanic sank in the icy north Atlantic waters, 5,500 artefacts are to be auctioned. The items recovered during seven expeditions to the wreck and worth an estimated £120m, will be auctioned on 15th April 2012, 3 days after the centenary of the fateful sinking of the ship along with 1,517 passengers and crew.
